5. Creator and Investor Interactions

All agreements, funding, and ownership transactions are executed on-chain, without intermediaries.

By participating, you acknowledge that:

• Smart contracts define the terms of transactions, royalties, and distributions.
• VRE does not mediate disputes arising from user-to-user or investor-creator interactions.
• All transactions are final once confirmed on the blockchain.

6. Token and Reward Systems

Your use of those services is governed by their own terms and policies.

• Smart contract errors or vulnerabilities.

• Market volatility and liquidity issues.
• Loss of digital assets due to wallet mismanagement or cyberattacks.

By using VRE, you accept full responsibility for these risks and release VRE from any liability arising from losses, damages, or disruptions related to blockchain operations.

The VRE Services are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied.

We do not warrant that:

• Smart contracts or blockchain data are free from defects or vulnerabilities.
